行李准备
泳衣必备。天然温泉需自带毛巾。商业泻湖可租用毛巾。防水凉鞋、防水袋和浴后保暖层也很重要。
礼仪规范
进入任何泻湖或泳池前请彻底冲澡——这在冰岛是强制性的。如可能，在淋浴时脱下泳衣。水边禁止玻璃制品。尊重安静区域。
水温
天然温泉水温从温热到滚烫不等（30–70°C）。入水前务必先试温。商业泻湖全年维持在舒适的37–40°C。
更衣室
所有商业泻湖均配有完整的更衣设施，包括储物柜、淋浴间和吹风机。天然温泉没有任何设施——请在车内更衣或携带更衣袍。
安全注意
切勿进入火山活动附近有强烈硫磺气味的温泉。让儿童远离未标记的热泉。徒步前往偏远泳池前务必查看当地条件。
提前预订
蓝湖和天空泻湖仅限预约时段入场——无法现场购票。夏季请至少提前2–4周预订。天然温泉无需预订。
