劳加拉斯泻湖位于冰岛黄金圈的劳加拉斯村，距离雷克雅未克约94公里。沐浴区分布在两层之间，并由大型瀑布连接，可俯瞰赫维塔河及冰岛南部乡村景观。游客可以体验温暖的地热泻湖、洞穴、两间桑拿、冷水池、休息区、水中酒吧和森林热水池。水源来自劳加拉斯地热区，并使用经过自然过滤的赫维塔河冰川水降温，水中不含氯，通常保持在38–40°C。设施提供无障碍更衣室、无障碍卫生间和轮椅升降设备，建筑外设有停车场。游客可选择Birki、Lerki和Ösp三种入场方案，价格会随日期和时间变化。Ösp还包含Ylja餐厅的两道菜套餐。Ylja由Gísli Matt主厨负责，以本地农场、渔业和地热温室的季节性食材为特色。
历史

In Laugarás on the Golden Circle, approximately 94 km from Reykjavík. Accessible by paved road; parking is available directly outside. Buses 72 and 73 serve Laugarás but are not frequent.
