Falleg og ekki mjög krefjandi gönguferð (1), um 1,5 km löng. „Eftir Sölvahamri liggur gamla þjóðleiðin vestur undir Jökul. Þar eru Sölvahamarsrústir sem eru friðlýstar og á fornleifaskrá. Ganga á Sölvahamar frá Arnarstapa tekur innan við klukkustund og svíkur engan“ (2).
