About this experience

Meet us at Klaki Base Camp, on the glacier's edge - where our adventure will begin. A thrilling snowmobile ride takes us over the immense expanse of ice & snow to the ice tunnel entrance, nestled high atop Langjökull. We spend 1 hour inside the tunnel before reboarding our snowmobiles for the return ride.

This is a rare opportunity to witness the grandeur of a glacier from the inside and out, in a safe, accessible, and thrilling manner. See, touch, and learn about the ice that shapes much of Iceland's natural beauty in this one-of-a-kind adventure into the world's longest ice tunnel.

IMPORTANT: WARM CLOTHING – even in summer – and a driver’s license.

A valid driver’s license is required to operate a snowmobile. Children and guests without a license can ride a double snowmobile with a licensed guest. The minimum age for joining this tour as a passenger is 8 years. Driving instructions are explained here: https://intotheglacier.is/information/driving-instructions-husafell/
