Miðhúsaskógur — VR 森林度假区

Miðhúsaskógur is a wooded recreation and holiday-home area in Bláskógabyggð, South Iceland. VR, the Icelandic trade union, maintains holiday facilities, footpaths and a campsite here. VR describes walking trails through the woodland and play facilities including mini golf, disc golf and other family amenities within the holiday area. The VR campsite is reserved for eligible VR members and their families; members may invite guests subject to the union's conditions. It is not an ordinary public tourist campsite, so do not expect to book through GoIceTravel or commercial travel platforms. Check the official VR rules and current access information before visiting.
