About Goðafoss Waterfall
Goðafoss（众神瀑布）是冰岛最壮观和历史意义最重大的瀑布之一。Skjálfandafljót河上宽阔的12米高马蹄形瀑布很容易到达，可以从两侧观看。根据传说，当冰岛在公元1000年正式采用基督教时，立法者将他的异教北欧神雕像扔进了这个瀑布，从而得名。
