Þankollufjall, einnig kallað Sjónvarpshæð er staðsett á Kolbeinstanga suðvestan við þéttbýlið í Vopnafirði. Þar er útsendingarmastur Ríkisútvarpsins (1). Að sendinum liggur bílvegur sem einnig er tilvalin gönguleið (2). Leiðin er mjög auðveld og hentar flestum. Gott útsýni er frá Þankollufjalli og Vopnfirðingar ganga þangað mikið eða keyra. Halda má göngunni áfram í allar áttir og fá enn betra útsýni og meira að sjá (3).
