Hrafnagjá

Hrafnagjá is a long normal fault and tension fracture east of Vogar. Visit Reykjanes describes it as roughly 12 kilometres long and up to 30 metres high, making it the longest feature of its type on the peninsula. The fracture can be seen from Reykjanesbraut, and a walking approach is available from the Vogar junction area. Stay on established routes and keep clear of unstable edges.
