Holtsós

Holtsós is a coastal lagoon and wetland area in South Iceland. The estuary and surrounding marshes support a variety of wetland birds, particularly east of the lagoon toward Berjanes. Much of the surrounding ground is marshy, so visitors should avoid leaving firm ground where access is unclear.
