„Heimskautsgerðið við Raufarhöfn er í byggingu. Það mun virkja miðnætursólina við heimskautsbaug og rís utan um goðsögulegan hugarheim og dvergatal Völuspár. Heimskautsgerðið verður 52 metrar í þvermál og innan þess verður dvergastígur með nöfnum 72 dverga sem mynda árhring þar sem hver dvergur ræður 5 dögum. Í miðjunni verður 8 metra á súla með kristaltoppi sem varpar geislum sólar um Heimskautsgerðið. Dvergunum hefur verið gefið hlutverk og þeir persónugerðir, þannig að allir geta fundið sinn afmælisdverg og mun þannig færa fornan sagnaheim til nútímans.“
