Botnagljúfur er gljúfur í Úlfljótsvatnsbotnum á milli Dagmálafjalls og Villingavatns-Selfjalls. Því er lýst svo í Árbók Ferðafélags Íslands: „Botnagljúfur, blakkt og mikilúðlegt, blasir við austan í Villingavatns-Selfjalli, þar kemur Villingavatnsá norður og niður úr Úlfljótsvatnsbotnum.“
