Golden Circle & Sky Lagoon

Combine a day of sightseeing with a refreshing soak at the Sky Lagoon, just minutes from downtown Reykjavík. Departing from Reykjavík, guests will visit Þingvellir National Park, known for its exceptional beauty, geological significance, and historical relevance. The tour also visits Gullfoss, Iceland’s most famous waterfall, where two tiers of water crash and tumble metres below. Rounding out the Golden Circle, the tour stops at the geothermal region of Geysir, a powerful reminder that Iceland is very much alive, with steam and water erupting meters into the air from the Strokkur geyser every few minutes. This is where the word geyser comes from!  

After the last stop on the Golden Circle tour, your guide will head back to Reykjavík to the Sky Lagoon, where you can relax in the healing geothermal water. The scenery is spectacular, and the Sky Lagoon is lovely to visit any time of year, whether there are soft sunsets, light snow, or even when the northern lights make a welcome appearance. 

In addition to the central lagoon and infinity pool, the Sky Lagoon’s 7-step spa ritual is an experience to behold. The ritual includes visiting the main lagoon, a refreshing cold pool, a sauna, a cold fog-mist shower, a cleansing scrub and a therapeutic steam bath. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and rejuvenating experience.
