About this experience
Meeting at Glacier Parking Lot: In the morning, you'll arrive at the parking lot near your chosen glacier, such as Sólheimajökull, Falljökull, or Breiðamerkurjökull. Here, you’ll meet your guide, who is also your photographer and videographer for the day.
Glacier Hike: Your adventure begins with a scenic hike across the glacier, surrounded by stunning ice formations, jagged crevasses, and sparkling blue hues of the ice. As you trek, your guide will capture candid moments, giving you the chance to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery while knowing every detail is being photographed and recorded.
Elopement Ceremony or Proposal: Upon reaching a breathtaking, secluded spot on the glacier, the magic happens. If you're eloping, your guide will officiate a short ceremony against the backdrop of glaciers and ice formations. If you're proposing, you'll have the perfect moment to pop the question amidst Iceland's surreal beauty. Every part of your ceremony or proposal will be immortalized with beautiful photography and video.
Champagne Toast: After exchanging vows or saying "yes," celebrate with a toast of vintage French champagne, while enjoying the peaceful, icy surroundings of Iceland’s wilderness. Your guide will capture the celebratory moments as you relax and reflect on the incredible experience.
15 Professional Photos: At the end of your glacier experience, your guide will provide you with 15 professionally captured photos, immortalizing the emotions and landscapes of this unforgettable day.

For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
*Note that in the event the client requests a refund for any reason, Tour Desk reserves the right to charge a 3% administration fee to cover costs incurred.
