About Jökulfall
Jökulfall er ein af upptakakvíslum Skjálfandafljóts og vestust af þeim kvíslum sem renna til norðurs undan Tungnafellsjökli. Upp með kvíslinni er mosadrag, nefnt Tjarnardrag, þar sem var áður tjaldstaður gangnamanna. Flestir stoppa við vaðið, enda nauðsynlegt að kynna sér það vel og skoða áður en ekið er yfir. Þar er falleg sýn á Tungnafellsjökul.
