Olíuskipið El Grillo
„El Grillo er rúmlega 7.000 tonna olíuskip sem liggur á botni Seyðisfjarðar skammt frá kaupstaðnum. Skipið var smíðað í Bretlandi árið 1922 og sökkt í loftárás þýska flughersins í febrúar 1944. Það var þá með fullfermi af olíu og töluvert af vopnum. Í áranna rás hefur verið kafað niður að skipinu til þess að tæma það af olíu og hreinsa burt sprengjur.“
