(67) En er hann kom í Norðurárdal frétti hann að Grímur var fyrir tveimur vetrum eða þremur á burt þaðan sem fyrr var sagt.Hallfreðar saga vandræðaskálds (3) Og eftir það réðst Óttar suður í Norðurárdal og bjó fyrst á Óttarsstöðum. (4) Þá fór Óttar einum vetri síðar suður til Norðurárdals."
