Guðrúnarlaug is located in the Dalir region of West Iceland. From Reykjavík, drive north on Route 1 (Ring Road) then turn onto Route 60 towards Búðardalur. Continue past Búðardalur into Sælingsdalur valley. The pool is well-signposted near the Laxá river.
