About Glaciar Drangajökull
Drangajökull es el glaciar más septentrional de Islandia y el único fuera de la zona volcánica principal, situado en el remoto rincón nororiental de los Fiordos del Oeste. Con 160 km², es el quinto glaciar más grande de Islandia y es único por ser de base fría (congelado hasta el lecho de roca) en lugar de geotérmico como otros glaciares islandeses.
